As the appointed partner for the Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum (DELF), Luxe Concept was tasked with creating a seamless and engaging ePass experience for event visitors. Our goal was to not only facilitate the collection of reward points but also to foster a deeper connection between attendees and the DELF brand.

At the heart of our solution lies the intuitive in-app QR code reader. Visitors can simply activate this feature to scan checkpoint QR codes or purchase reward QR codes provided by the customer service team. This effortless process allows them to instantly earn reward points, incentivizing their participation and exploration throughout the event.

But Luxe Concept didn't stop there. To further enhance the interactive experience, we integrated a unique avatar creation feature within the web application. Attendees can now take a selfie and watch as it is transformed into a personalized avatar, which then becomes their profile picture. This visual representation not only adds a touch of personalization but also encourages visitors to engage more deeply with the platform.
