We developed a registration system for the HUAWEI Mate20 launch, enabling gift redemption with a user-friendly website and on-site tracking app.

The Luxe Concept team was appointed to develop a robust registration system for the HUAWEI Mate20 and Mate20 Pro launch event, designed to facilitate gift redemption for premiere order customers. We created a clean, user-friendly website where customers could easily register their purchase information, receiving a unique QR code for redemption at the event.

Additionally, we implemented an on-site tablet application that enables administrators to upload customer purchase records and track attendance and queueing status in real-time. This feature significantly enhanced the efficiency of locating customer information and reporting, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for attendees. Overall, our solutions contributed to a successful launch event, reinforcing HUAWEI's commitment to customer satisfaction.
