Discover our innovative registration and check-in system for the Philip Morris 7-11 Trade Event 2024, featuring interactive games and real-time prize draws.

For the Philip Morris 7-11 Trade Event 2024, we have developed a comprehensive registration and check-in system for visitors. Each pre-registered attendee receives a unique profile web URL. On-site staff can check in visitors by scanning the QR code from their profile page, recording their check-in time and displaying how many chances they have to participate in the lucky draw.

We also created an interactive mini-game highlights Philip Morris's new AI stock checking app, designed for retail staff to efficiently monitor cigarette stocks and placements. Additionally, we incorporated video projections with interactive touch technology on the wall to showcase the company’s future direction, focusing on ESG initiatives.

A video animation visualizes a tree growing in real time, syncing with the number of visitors; as participation increases, the tree grows larger. For the lucky draw program, RFID tags on eco-pens feature a star pattern on the wall. Visitors randomly select pens from the wall and place them on an RFID reading tray while scanning their profile QR code. The screen instantly displays the prizes they have won, validating their participation and preventing duplicate entries, while logging each prize in the system.
