The Hong Kong Geopark 10th anniversary exhibition attracted over 10,000 visitors, featuring Kinect games, a photo booth, and an AR app for enhanced engagement.

The Hong Kong Geopark recently celebrated its 10th anniversary with a highly successful roving exhibition, attracting over 10,000 visitors. The event featured a variety of engaging elements, including interactive games, geopark check-in points, and a postcard stamp collection scheme, all of which have proven to be major crowd-pleasers. We are proud to contribute to this success by enhancing visitor engagement and interest in the Geopark.

Our Contributions:

  1. Kinect Interactive Games:

    • We developed a series of Kinect interactive games designed to immerse visitors in the Geopark experience. These games not only entertain but also educate participants about the unique geological features and biodiversity of Hong Kong Geopark.

  2. Signal Sticker Photo Booth:

    • A dedicated photo booth was created, allowing visitors to capture memorable moments with fun signal stickers. This interactive feature encourages social sharing, helping to spread awareness and excitement about the Geopark beyond the exhibition.

  3. Augmented Reality App:

    • We developed an augmented reality (AR) app that enables visitors to scan the exhibition map and access detailed information about various exhibits. This app enhances the educational experience by providing interactive content, including videos, fun facts, and additional resources about the Geopark's attractions.
